This team was two plays from playing for the national title. They didn't go our way, but sometimes that's the way the ball bounces. The Alabama game was a great game. sure, I'm disappointed we lost, but it was a game we'll talk about for years. It was a great game. Next year, those two plays go our way and we play for the title. Why not?

In the past three years, LSU is 34-6 and 20-4 in SEC play. We've won an SEC title and played for a national title. We've also played a ton of exciting games that were a blast to watch. This year was a bit of a disappointment, but we had a lot of bad breaks with injuries and suspensions, and we once again played one of the toughest schedules in the nation. There's only a handful of schools in the nation who are at our level of success right now.
