Because I am sick to death these last two weeks of everyone bashing this years teams and this years defense. Any thread gets hijacked into:
Doesn’t matter because team X will score at will on us and we will lose to Bama by 1500 points.
Or
Coach O is too arrogant/too good friends/too whatever to maintain the program etc.
Please oh please let’s win today and show that, while horrible, those two losses were blips in the “We Coming” radar.

No. I’m not saying we should be happy we lost. That’s absurd.
What I’m saying is that any thread that suggests any optimism is met with
Mizzou and State can’t score on anyone else. Therefore our defense is the worst in the history of organized football and therefore Pelini is the worst coach to ever coach in all of humankind.
