I understand why Herbie dislikes LSU

It's coached by a guy from Ohio who went to Michigan. I know I have tried to like the Manning brothers but I can't get over their college choices. They could have helped us and didn't. Heck, I don't even like Archie anymore.

Nothing wrong with Eli choosing Ole Miss. That is where his father went and the Manning line is from Mississippi.

I didnt realize how much distain I had for that family until today when PeytOn was talking during the game.
It made me think he ran to another school instead of being a part of making LSU special. It was the whole comment about Beckham Jr being the best since his brother to play WR out of Newman. And my stomach just dropped. Even my wife who didn't grow up a football nor LSU fan was in disbelief when I explained to her how the mannings and Ed reed and Reggie Wayne warrick Dunn Travis minor anthony Thomas etc how they left state. She was floored when I pulled out my old program and showed her records in the 80's and 90's.
She is blessed becuase she s a young fan compared to us who seen darker days.

Icould care less where the Mannings play their college ball but I really didn't care about how Eli cried and complained about being drafted and playing in San Diego and how he wasn't going there while Pat Tillman gave up his dream and ultimately his life serving our country so crybabies like Eli can enjoy the freedom to play!!!

Wasn't it LSU's fault we didn't get Peyton. If I recall, we were slow playing him to see what another quarterback was going to do...maybe it was booty. He went MLB and we tried to jump back on Peyton. It was too late.

Peyton and Eli went to their respective colleges because of the QB Coach, he was both of their's. They have both said that. I forget his name, but I think he became coach at Duke a few years ago.
