there are two things I gather from you. You are either an extremely homosexual male or an all out bulldike. Either way, you have issues.

I am curious how many threads you are going to start this offseason about the fans you perceive as negative.

Were you equally concerned over the tens of threads started here over the last 18 mons or so calling out "positigers" or those suggesting the end of LSU football was NOT right around the corner?

Lets be honest, the OP could start 3 threads a week and he wouldn't come close to the doom and gloom threads posted here since last seasons Washington game. imo

thanks, and for the record, this makes my second thread about negative fans, The first was directly towards negatigers, but realized fans were like this all over.

I'm sure earlier in the season I had a few, but only two are recent.

Glad to see you are mature enough to name call and generalize. At least I know the type of individual I am dealing with, one who probably beats his wife and kids when he gets upset or someone disagrees with him.

If you went back and counted every single positive and negative thread since then, I bet the numbers will surprise you. For every negative thread at least 2 positive threads pop up to combat it. I would say the positive threads calling out the negative threads have been 2 to 1 in that time span.

I think some of you focus so much on the ones with negative emphasis you ignore and do not pay attention to those that combat it. Therefore, you feel the board has been filled with negativity.

Is there an issue with Strawberry Shortcake and My Little Pony? I mean please continue with the name calling and gender references if it keeps you from beating your wife and kids.

If we're including game-day threads, I bet it wouldn't.

Les is a good coach and by some standards can be considered very good. We have him for SEVEN more years and while his record is very good he has always lost some games every year. When one considers this happened with two of the best Coordinators both OC and DC on the same team why should we expect different results for the next SEVEN years? He manages to keep harmony with his players and coaches which is his strong point. Will he ever have a no loss season ,maybe, but not very likely?

Hum, simple math, 95% or more positive fans and 5% or less negative fans. Yet you admit 33% of the threads are negative. Looks like to me the negative fan is way overbearing.

Yeah you more than likely would, I can take the Tennessee game as an example... LSU fans when thought was loss posted about 10-15 threads bemoaning the loss. However, when Tennessee fricked up for the rest of the week the board had at least 5 positive related threads for every negative related one. It evens itself out but people focus so much on either the positive or negative that they fail to see the other side and then they make claims that this board is either full of negativity or full of people who are clueless.

I would say it is about a 60/40 split between positive and negative fans honestly. Of course you have fans that try to stay in the middle who get called both positive and negative fans.

One word for this statement, absolute utter bullcrap. 10% would be a stretch.

Not really... I mean I understand you are trying to make the argument work for you and I do understand now that Crowton is gone many negative fans have turned the corner. However, there are plenty of negative fans on the board, about 10% would be deemed the extreme situation much like you are on the other side of the spectrum.

I'm pretty objective. Maybe I just notice the negativity more because it's so outrageous most of the time. We'll agree to disagree though.
