We can afford to lose the one's that believe a college football program is only measured by crystal footballs and nothing else. Let them go with their cousins back to being Bama fans.
LSU is 11th in offense in the S.E.C. and 7-8 in the last two years in the S.e.c. Those are plain facts that don't have anything to do with the National Championship.

I love the program too much to want to see us destroy it because a bunch of spoiled mental infants are crying too loud about what have you done for me lately when they have absolutely no clue about the context.
What makes you think we would be worse if we changed coaches?

Yes those are the facts.
Facts that are easily addressed with a new OC.
Miles hasn't called the offense, ever. You can blame him for hiring Crowton and not firing him soon enough.
Other than that, if you're truthful, you have to realize that a new OC can fix that problem cheaply. Buying out Miles' contract doesn't.

LOL yeah and he doesn't do shite like that every time either.
One graduate assistant following him around with a stopwatch and a cattle prod outta do it.

First, what top O.C. would come to a coaching staff that is perceived to be a lame duck crew. Second, if you think the offense struggled this year, imagine J.J. having to learn a completely new offense.

Anybody with half a brain knows this isn't a lame duck crew. And OC's will come to LSU because that's the last step to becoming an HC.
JJ will learn if he's got someone that can actually teach him. Something we have yet to do effectively and can only improve on.

I support Miles, and I wish him luck in his job search, which I hope begins soon.

Well I guess the National sport shows, magazines and news papers are all manned by half brained nit wits?

If I sucked at my job for two years, I'd be fired no matter how many years I'd appeared to kick arse previously. Why should Miles be treated differently?

Well....Yes, they are.
They all thought Gundy would be fired 2 years ago, they all proclaimed Charlie Weiss the savior of Notre Dame after his first season, Miles to Michigan, Nobody is qualified to play Ohio State, the list goes on and on....

With an SEC Game tonight. Also 8-3 & ranked #17 in the Nation. More Facts.

History.
Stovall, Archer, Hallman, DiNardo.

in the last 2 years, LSU:
ranked dead last in total defense in 2007 and at bottom on offense this year
very poorly coached... undisciplined, poor conditioning with no identity
Is 7-8 in the SEC since winning that title. He is not earning his pay.
In the 100+ year history of lsu , we had given up two 50+ games; Miles doubled that last year. Only team in history to have a conference losing record after winning NC game.
So why do you support Les now?

Because you can be easily replaced at whatever cog in the machine you work for.
Look, don't get me wrong here, I'm not slavishly hugging on Miles' nuts here. If we were actually able to get a top flight HC in here I'd be cool with it. I love LSU, not the coach. But I just can't help but believe that under the actual circumstances, we'd be making a ginormous mistake firing Miles this year.
If he blows next year, then yes, we have to. But doing it over the Miss Meltdown would be a very expensive mistake on our part in my mind because we might just end up with somebody worse. Whoever it would be would have to be one serious mercenary SOB and can you even IMAGINE the buyout that would be in their contract after this?
The devil you know...

Good Riddance Bandwagon Trash! Just don't come back next year when the new OC turns us into a contender. We don't need you. You're an embarrassment to LSU, to the state, and to anyone with more than a handful of IQ points to rub together. Get a life.
I read this same post last year when RS, JJ and Chivas were going to take us to new heights..

LSU hates bandwagon fans.
Please quit sending your money to us.
Media please keep using our football team for comedic relief.
