I realize we have not seen the baseball team officially yet, but let's pose this question.

Is there a better chance of a Men's Basketball Final 4, a Women's Basketball Final 4, or a Men's Baseball College World Series?
I've got no clue, so I'll hang up and listen.

So you’re asking is there a better chance of LSU baseball being 1 of 8 teams vs Mens and Women’s bball being 1 of 4 teams?

Women’s Final 4
Omaha
Men’s Final 4
That’s my opinion. In order to be completely transparent with everyone It is strictly based off what i believe is the easiest to do.

I don't know about CWS. Some question marks with the pitching, but if it comes together we might see some CWS action.

Well the simple math of 8 vs. 4 favors the CWS. I also don’t think the basketball teams have quite enough talent to make that run. We saw the women against Carolina and men against Auburn.
Hope I’m wrong and they all make it.

Wouldn’t a better question be the Elite Eight vs the CWS?
I would say in order - women’s EE, CWS, men’s EE -just due to the lack of parity in the women’s sports

To be fair, the question should be basketball Elite 8's compared to CWS.
I'd still say baseball has the best chance because they get to play series so one bad night won't completely sink them.

It's much easier to get to Omaha playing at home twice than it is to win 4 neutral site games against similar competition.

Basketball is definitely the bigger challenge because of the history. LSU baseball has been an elite program since the 80's and can recruit talent easier.

Getting to the Final Four is much harder than getting to Omaha just for the one and done aspect.
