Wife's first Tiger stadium game and my first in 30yrs (title edited)

I plan on driving down and taking my wife to her first LSU home game and my first in 30+ yrs. Fortunately/unfortunately our son's football team got eliminated in state competition so we have our first chance to make it down.
Where in the world do I try to park? Any pointers appreciated. We'll be down LATE Friday so all day Saturday and half a hangover Sunday before driving the bumpy I10 through Mississippi while hating the world on the way back.
(updated). I went ahead and purchased lot 406 parking for $35 (taf fee).
Arkansas still sux.

There's always spots behind Alex Box. about a 10/15 minute walk to the stadium. I'd say go plant your car somewhere close the night before, but it doesn't sound like you'll have time, and there probably won't be much traffic anyway.
