I like the Jones hire better than Pellini and Linehan combined

Jones is hungry and enthusiastic about the job plus he has greater aspirations so he will work his butt off. He will also relate to all the players.
Pellini came in late and left early it wasn’t a big secret and Linehan who the hell knows.

Easily much better looking for many reasons but you would never know reading this board. Outside of Aranda, this board has never approved of a hire. At least they’re consistent.

100%. What I do really like is that he is praised by Zimmer who is also a DB coach. Obviously not the hire we all wanted but I’m ready to have guys who are actually hungry to get to work

At least Pelini was successful enough as a DC to get the Nebraska job. Jones not so much.
