That going into this game, I am more afraid of our coaches playing the wrong quarterback then I am of us being able to beat Auburn. It's insane and quite disconcerting. That is all.

This was me around 12 hours ago.

its fricking unbelievable.

I think the biggest hurdle this team has to the NC at this point is the blood flow constriction Les's Hat causes.

That just might be quoteworthy material right there.

Then don't watch the game!

We are a two quarterback team, get over it.

Jefferson needs to start the game, because Lee doesn't do well as the starter. Lee is better coming off the bench and being able to see the game progress.

I prefer one QB/one non-running running QB

And you base this off what?

He hasn't had a chance to start a game this year, so how would you know how he would fare as a starter? He's obviously a much improved player who can probably handle starting.

how the hell do we know this?

fact: Jefferson doesn't do well starting or coming off the bench.

Alarm bells are ringing, Willy.

UGA 2008, Bama 2008, Troy 2008, La Tech 2009.

I don't mention these game to demean Lee, however it's worth remembering what Lee is capable of.

Hell we saw against UT the curse of Lee in a span of a few plays--beautiful pass to Randle, followed by a destructive interception in the end zone.

The team is now 7-0 with Jefferson as the starting quarterback and a good dose of Lee. Why fix something that isn't broken?

BTW offensive stats do not supersede victory...

Who takes the first snap is irrelevant. "Starter" is just a honorary label with these two. Its obvious who should receive the majority of meaningful playing time. Let JJ be the honorary starter.

The LSU passing game with JJ is clearly broken. Start Lee and let him play the whole game.

To your reference of the games in 2008, that's why I said he's much improved, and deserves a shot at starting.

To your reference of the mistake in the UT game... How can you bash the kid for one poor throw? NFL QB's (Brees, Manning, Brady) all make mistakes and throw INT's, but they limit their mistakes and that is what makes them great. So far this season, Lee has limited his mistakes while showing that he has clearly improved as a passer. Give the kid the shot he has earned.

Once I used the link properties and opened it in a new tab seperately, then it "worked"
