bullshite!

The circumstances are that he is the DC on the team with the No. 1 total and scoring offense in all of college football. That mean Matt House and his defense has the LARGEST MARGIN FOR ERROR in all of college football. He doesn't have to be great this year. Hell, he doesn't even have to be good. He simply has to be average. Maybe even slightly below average. Yet, he hasn't reached that low bar. LSU has two losses this season. One was in a game where they scored 49 points...on the road! That's inexcusable.

Does he have the overall personnel of teams like Michigan, Georgia, A&M, Ohio St? No. But you can't tell me LSU doesn't have talent at least equal to teams like Maryland, NC St., Northwestern, Arizona St, etc?

There is zero reason this team should be any worse than 7-1 right now and a favorite to win every remaining game. Sadly, I think we will all look back at this team one day and think how in the hell did that team not reach the playoffs?

House did a good job last year keeping LSU in games where the offense struggled. He deserves credit. This year, though, he deserves full blame for this disaster.

Too little talent on our D and some of that is OUT now. No DC would have even an average D with this roster.
