As I said last night it was embarrassing

Been to numerous bowl games over years.
This one was sad.

3 TD passes, last play of college bowl season was an 81 yard TD from an LSU receiver to another LSU receiver. We are good

it never rains in Tiger Stadium. Was it maybe a bad dream?

It didn’t rain in that UF game. What it did was an entire different word. So you are correct sir. Also the Oregon St game in the early 2000’s did the same thing as that UF game. Not as long but dear god the “water” falling actually hurt it was coming down so hard.

The best time to be a fan of a program is after a bad period. That’s why I look back at 2000-2003 to be the absolute peak of LSU football as a fan. Sure 2019 was great, but 2000-2003 was the greatest IMO. Obviously the last two years weren’t as bad as the 90’s, but I just have a feeling we are headed for a repeat of those special years from 2000 to 2003.

I agree it was a weird game. The k-state QB and RB were dialed in and their whole team wanted to be there and win so kudos to them. Sorta twisted to think this but having CBK look down from the press box and see a blank slate, a SEC team at we ground zero hopefully motivated that MF-er to think “this will never happen again under my watch”. We won our bowl game and it was vs. Texas A&M.

yep, couldn’t see the field from the student section.

Also shows you the difference in then and now. The pussies today would cancel a football game if it lightnings in Denham Springs.
