Nope. I think his contract is set up appropriately. I feel like every coaches contract should be set up with a generous guarantee with the rest "earned" in incentives.

Les Miles wasn't exactly a household name when he came to LSU,some of you act as if he was an elite coach before coming here.This program has helped his status.

I would never let a coach use someone like Arky to get a raise. Les should not get another raise until he wins the SEC or a BCS bowl. And for sure shouldnt get an extension with a large buyout.
