How would you handle the coaching situation if you were AD?

Is it really that bad right now? we are 5-1 and lost to the best team in college football, and only two years off a national championship...is it time to start talking change already??

He needs to get on Les' arse about getting a new offensive coordinator at the end of the year.

I'd let the media acuse the coaching staff of gang rape, then, sit back and let the Doug Moreau prosecute everyone.

If the offense and QBs do not improve and continue to perform as poorly as they have, especially at OL And QB, then I would make it clear to Les that something has to change, and it may be to let Crowton and/or Studrawa go.

There is no reason this team at QB and OL should be regressing, especially at experienced positions with Black, Hitt, and Barksdale the way that they have so far this season.

Every thing starts at the top. I believe that Les Miles is a good coach, but not an elite coach. I believe that he has hired great assistants, but does not let them do exactly what they want to do at their respected positions. a head coach is supposed to manage the game, and let his assistants coach, i believe les miles is not a game manager, and does a terrible job at in game adjustments.

Not only that he has little discipline on the team. I do not like the lack of intensity from Miles. Sure hes a nice guy, and all of his players like him, but look at the intensity level of all great coaches...
