I, for one, was seriously worried that our revamped oline might have a difficult time with Austin. Our interior linemen (Lonergan, Dworaczyk, Blackwell) have either not performed up to their potential or are generally unproven at this point. The three of them together, trying to gel for the first time, in the first game, against an elite DT like Austin, may have been difficult.

Now, the task seems much easier. This should help out our line and therefore JJ. More space to run. More time to throw. Offense has time to settle down.

I think one of the most interesting questions at this point is not whether Greg Little is out but whether the DE Quinn is out. If he is out, that makes both of their studs on the dline. Really good for us.

Sir 45-0 is an acceptable halftime score under the present UNC situation I do declare.

This is not true according to UNC people. They have been practicing with the team. Not sure if that means they will play but the rumors of them being kicked off are untrue. At this point, based on what we know for a fact, we will be missing more starters than UNC.

I won't complain and I think this score may be close to the real deal. UNC goes down hard and may not recover. Asswhoopin time.

The only person as of now not playing is Austin. No one else has been suspended or kicked off.

Sadly, you are probably correct.

Scoop- You know LSU fans all to well...back in the 90's LSU had a baseball playoff game against Ga. Tech, where I believe we scored 18 runs in 1 inning- I forgot who was batting, but they swung at a bad pitch, & someone was overheard screaming "WTF was he swinging at"...LSU fans are never happy...

That story about both CBs being out has been retracted for days.

LSU beat MSU on the road, season opener, conference opponent, on the road, and people complained because it was only 17-0 at halftime.

I hope the Tigers win big Sat. I am positive that by some slim chance that we lose there will be forty posts about how the refs cost us the game.
