Vanilla until UGA.
Let's remember that TCU is a pretty good team with a good D. I don't think we can go into this game thinking that we'll be vanilla on offense. We need to get after it from the start and that means running our offense at full tilt, with all plays available.
I've never put much stock in teams not showing their entire playbook to hold stuff in reserve until later in the season. These are college kids and there's limited practice time. I doubt seriously that showing a couple unique formations or running different plays early in the year will "spoil" that play later in the year. Opposing DC's are simply limited in what they can get through to their defense, so open up the playbook and let it rip.

not to mention we don't have the same offense as before.
the old "look, they're running" formations are all gonna have pass capability. it's not gonna be an insane unpredictable never-before seen plays type of gig, but we won't be as predictable either.
the "secret playbook" was always bs because you were seeing what we had, there was no secret.
no reason to NOT open it up and destroy TCU in every way possible, get ahead by 20, then pound the rock all the way home.
