How many Ranters can bench 400+?
At least 90% I'd say.

I think this is actually turning into a small problem at LSU. The boys are being trained so much for explosive power and no endurance. They usually do a small number of reps during a workout. Don't get me wrong...the strength is important, but the players seem to have less endurance than in the past. The power is not consistant throughout the entire game! I believe people think this is the players fault, and in some cases it may be. But it has alot to do with how they are being trained...IMO

There might be somnething to this. Recent LSU teams get flat out exhausted late in the season, and I dont see that with every team. We still have the same strength coach, so I dont know what the deal is. You;d think Moffit would stick with what worked in the past.

Last year it was reported that 75 players could bench 400 lbs or more.
There is no way 75 players could bench 400. Maybe
