We only offered him for baseball. He wanted to play both

3 Star QB at a small private school I suppose. Seems like a lot of so called 3 star athletes are looked over(Jefferson, etc). Stars are so over rated a lot of the times. Imo

didn’t have a football offer from LSU, only baseball. had offers from every school in the country for baseball and football came later, so it was just where he could play both. was committed to arizona state before signing with baylor once aranda got the head job. LSU had max and tj already signed so we were not in need of another qb

A lot of them are based on your ability to go to camps and “prove” yourself.
