Didn’t watch the game but surprised to see that JJ finally pulled the trigger to move Jobert to defense and have both catchers in the lineup.

Not much action. The move was to get more RHH in against their LH starter.

In the two games this week I’ve seen him play.... I have no idea how we haven’t done more of that to get another bat in.

He’s at least equal to Pearson and far better than Berry was back there. I haven’t found an issue with it... at least not yet. But JJ is proving he’s knows what he’s doing I guess

He made a strong throw to Berry that Berry mishandled last week.

He’s more comfortable catching fly balls vs Pearson & Berry imo

I agree. No idea why he can’t just be our RF’er for good

Pearson made a great play in right in the 9th

Pearson playing good in right and Berry becoming serviceable at 3rd has removed the need to force Jobert into the field.

If Dugas comes back this lineup is stacked.
