Been looking around a little, SEC manual says "15 eligible student-athletes" but what about coaches, trainers, support staff, Sports Information, radio team, big-money boosters, etc, etc. Just curious what it all adds up to.

There are also NCAA guidelines for championships but I am wondering about just a typical mid-season trip, like where we are now in the schedule.

Anybody got any idea? Not really apropos of anything in particular, just crossed my mind and was wondering.

Thanks.

I sometimes drive for a mid major basketball and football college on the east coast.

One bus can handle their traveling party for regular season road games. When they make the NCAA/NIT tournament, or play in the conference tournament, they may add a bus or two depending on how many boosters want to go AD and staff, band, etc...

Actually, I remember now that I drove U of Richmond back one time from the airport after they played in the NCAA and we had two buses. Other schools might be different.

When LSU played at VCU a few years back, the Tigers had one bus. Same with Vanderbilt playing at U of Richmond the same week
