Good luck. Hotel rooms are scarce in Oxford. When I went a few years back, we stayed about 30 minutes away.

I am always shocked at the lack of hotels in Oxford. I get that it's not all that far from Memphis, but dang! Even in the middle of summer every hotel is booked up! I stayed in Grenada this summer. There were several hotel options there.

Feel your pain. Havent' been able to find a room for over a week.
