Right... Les just decided, frick that dude. He might be the best running back we have but I don't think I will play him...

Nah it wasn't Les it was Porter who refused to play Keiland. As Joe McKnight said he's fake.

Hester is great of you like gaining yards at a rate of 3 yards per carry.

Scored on a 41-yard fumble return touchdown after stripping the ball from Steelers' punt return man. The touchdown helped rally the Chargers back from a 28 point deficit. Continued his special teams outstanding play by blocking a Chiefs' Dustin Colquitt punts and recovering it in the end zone for a touchdown.
notice there aren't any offensive plays listed. SD didn't draft him with the hopes of being a special teams player only.

He was more explosive before hurting his knee and bulking up. Go back and look at the end of the 2006 season, when he beat out Hester.

Oh and Stevo, why does every single debate on here have to be an either or? I love Hester and what he did here. I thought KW gave us a better chance to win his first years. I have no beef with Hester, but to continue to use him against UK was inexcusable.

everyone is entitled to his/her own opinion. The draft is clearly proving you wrong. And I don't know why everything is either/or on this board. It just is.

They sure as frick didn't draft him with the intention of being an every-down back with Tomlinson and Sproles on the roster.

The draft isn't proving anything. If your just went on draft position Hester would be better than Pierre Thomas.

They probably didn't want a backup fullback/special teamer with their 3rd pick either.

296- 1699 5.7 17 tds this is k.williams career #s. hester had 225 carries in 07 his senior year alone.if k.w. had just 200 carries for 3 years, he would have put up insane #s. he would be talked about as an all time great lsu running back.

the hate for Hester is unreal. At least he got he'll play a 3rd year in the NFL. KW will be lucky to get to a 3rd pre season game.

you're the idiot starting threads to re-hash the same topic which has been brought up thousands of times. you don't think williams' injuries and minimal playing time have anything to do with his fall in draft stock?

Derogatory utterance is the tool of an individual with nothing profound to offer.

You assume that had he been given the carries, Keilland could have maintained these numbers despite a knee injury.
