the loss of Shep, Nevis and Jasper are going to have the greatest impact next year. Those are critical positions that are extremely tough to replace. I'm not sure we have a d-lineman with a motor to match Nevis. He makes plays on sheer determination that other guys don't make. Shep is a 4 year guy who is the QB of the defense. He's the smartest player on our D and knows where every guy is supposed to be lined up on every call. Not sure we have any replacements for him that will be even half as good next year.
