You can’t. They’re going to say we almost beat the national champion while TAMU got their arse beat. They’re just trying to say they’re better than TAMU.

Texas had to fire their coordinators after a season where the highlight was a respectable loss to LSU. Pretty Aggy-like to be honest.

For what it's worth, they did pretty well on both of their coordinator hires. Will be interesting to see if they can save Herman's job. Missing on the Brockermeyers isn't helping his cause.

This is the lamest excuse I’ve ever heard. Teams did this to LSU all season long and it never stopped them. Texas scored on every one of their second half possessions and all but one was a touchdown. So even if the momentum was stopped it didn’t result in less points. Their defense could not stop LSU’s offense in the fourth quarter and Texas never had the ball to tie or take the lead the entire second half.
