I went for a couple of bashes when they were at the Atrium and Tricky Nick was here. It's good for maybe an hour or two but if your friends can't make it and you don't know anybody else there, you get bored. Once in a while, the silent auction will have something cool; I got a very nice vest one year.

IMO, the bash peaked with the Jamarcus class a few years back...
The place was packed but not uncomfortably packed. There was a great buzz in the place bc of the already great class and the of the whole Jamarcus mystery at the time. People kind of knew what was going to happen bc of all the dominoes falling before JR's announcement (Lane de-committing and Bowe's commitment). It was basically the perfect scenario.
Went to one or two after that but it just started getting way to popular and way to crowded for my taste.

the only year i havent gone was the year they had it on campus every year after that me amd my broher and father in law make it a annual event. when we first use to go it was 20 dollars at the door every year the price would go up about 5 dollars, the 45 dollars we pay now been that for afew years now. just like one of the other guys said some years are better than others i think either the first year or second year they had it at the river center thats the year they had the plastic beer bottles like they sell at the saints game.but the food lines were horrible.the last 2 or3 years i think the system they run now is so much better. like one of the other guys said it gets boring in the early afternoon but thats when we usually hit the casino. i really like the idea that i'm drinking beer on a wensday instead of working

I can't believe people are actually bitching about this.
A party with:
ALL YOU CAN EAT FOOD
ALL YOU CAN DRINK BEER
LSU FOOTBALL
OUR NEXT GREAT FOOTBALL PLAYERS COMMITTING TO LSU
ALL FOR A PRICE OF $30 (If you order in advance)
This is a no brainer.
