What "evidence" do you have, dipshit? Did you read a group text among the O-linemen that said they're not going to try if Les plays Jennings?

Everyone and their sister (and NMSU) knows that Harris is a more talented passer. They sat back a bit to stay honest and we were able to gash them several times, which in turn helped us be more balanced because NMSU had to worry about the run and the pass. This is really basic stuff.

You clearly don't know dick about how football or how any type of team environment works. Try using your brain.

Harris has an uncanny way of seeing the field after a play breaks down.

YEP.

My favorite play from him last night was when the play broke down, he was rolling out to his left, kept his eyes downfield and was patient with the ball, then threw an absolute strike to Malachi Dupre in the left side of the end zone. And by absolute strike, I mean literally a perfect pass. The DB was playing on Dupres inside hip and was in good position and coverage, and Harris threw the ball to Dupres outside shoulder and high enough to where Dupre was the only guy that would get to the ball.

Really a GREAT pass. And even though he has plenty of speed and ability to run, I love that he scrambled outside the pocket and still kept his eyes downfield looking for the pass instead of just tucking and running.

Hell, I thought some of his misses were great misses. On the goal line when we had the ball on the right hash and Dural ran an out route to the left sideline, Harris missed him but it was missed in the right spot. He threw it to the outside shoulder of Dural where the only person that had a chance to catch it was Dural. It was a little bit wide, but it was the right spot to miss. Thats a hard pass to complete and if you throw the ball inside of the WR, its typically an INT and usually a pick 6.

Hes extremely impressive and Im not really worried about him back there reading D or whatever. Sure hes going to miss some WRs an throw some INTs, and I expect that from him. But hes clearly our best QB and changes the dynamic of the team.

And in regards to the team looking better with Harris and guys playing better... I dont think its like they just didnt try hard with Jennings at QB. But its obvious that Harris brings some more energy and life to our offense and everyone feeds off of that.

Did you see him taking off on a scramble then slow down as he approached the line of scrimmage, find his man in the end zone, and sent a missile right to him? There is not one play last night where I seen him have a problem seeing things on the field. He looked 100 times more comfortable reading the defense than Jennings has.

The DJ Chark pass was eye-opening. Is it possible to throw a 40 yd pass too hard? The only one more surprised by the velocity & accuracy of that pass than Chark was the DB. Effortlessly making high-level throws is not normally an ability of a true freshman.

Also found Harris' humility humerous when he sailed the swing pass 10 feet too high and apologetically offered the 'my bad' chest tap to both the receiver & sideline.

Jennings locks in on his primary target more than Harris has. It's obvious that Harris is the better option in every conceivable way.

Have you heard this kid talk? He does not carry himself like a true freshman. He is poised, confident and gives us a much better chance at winning, compared to AJ.

What's the alternative?

A less talented QB who also can't read defenses.
