We all now why many fans don't like Harris.

Lol. He has never shown he can be remotely accurate, he can't go through progressions, has terrible pocket presence, and he chokes...but Jamal is on here pumping the black qb.

Nope. Just nope. On a serious note, you need to share what you are smoking with the group.

The funny thing is that you think it is because he is black. The real reason is because he is horribly inaccurate

Physically he is. Not to beat a dead horse but if he had Jimbo or Herman coaching him he would be the player he was recruited to be.

Herman recruited him personally when he was at Ohio state

CHECK THE STATS FRPM LAST YEAR TO THIS YEAR. ETLINGS ACCURACY WILL HAVE LSU IN THE INDEPENDENCE OR CHICKEN BOWL THIS YEAR.

If Obama was on the ballot this year maybe BH would have got a fair shake.

If Herman comes, BH will not transfer and Etling will go back to the bench.

Just saying.

This is not untrue. Was the QB play average in the first two games? How about the stretch run last year?

Disagree. He's improved each week and imo has been handcuffed a bit. In a potent offensive attack with short quick throws he could thrive. He is still growing as a qb

Dude I hear you but you can really say who has been a better QB because none of them were developed properly, especially under Miles

BH lost his job due to a poor game against a Wisconsin defense that ranks in the top 5 or 10 nationally.

He came out flat against a lesser opponent the next week.

Your starter does not lose his job to an average QB that is limited physically.

BH got a bad deal and LSU will lose 2 coaches and a great bowl game because of this elite quarterback you are praising.

This is not Purdue misey94.

See you in Shreveport at Walk-ons.

I'll buy you a burger.

Exactly!! Something we weren't even getting last year! Of course Etling isn't s great QB, but he can actually sit in a pocket and hit a check down. Do you honestly think Harris could have drove us down the field at the end of the Florida and auburn game?

Dude stop it he had his chance and couldn't move the ball on J'ville state. 2 3 and outs come on. He does not perform under pressure worth a damn. Can't move in the pocket and absolutely does not hit receivers in stride. Those are things you can't coach. Etling is average and that has been better than what Harris is. That is the sad part that at LSU we have an average QB and a below average QB.

Lmao!! I heard it all! What does Obama have to do with BH? Oh wait I see.. It's because he black huh? If he were white it would never have happened!! GTF! Can't stand race baitors. Maybe if he would played better, he would have stayed the starter..

I disagree. He may have more physical talent but little to no accuracy in the short to intermediate area.

Bengal26, at the end of the day wins are better than QB accuracy. You seem to have forgotten the results from last year. I'll take these two wins below over that accuracy thing you talking bout.

I REST.

Saturday
Sep. 19 Tigers Auburn Tigers
Tiger Stadium, Baton Rouge, LA Won 45-21

Saturday
Oct. 17 Gators Florida Gators
Tiger Stadium, Baton Rouge, LA Won 35-28

If you actually watched this team, you could see it transform when DE took over. The offense under BH was disorganized and listless. The difference with Etling is real and I don't care about "the numbers". The old saying that statistics are for losers was never more true.
Unless it's at wide receiver, Harris won't start next year regardless of who the coach is.

I do believe Harris has better physical skills but does not have the ability to get the job done under pressure during the game.
