The Cotton Bowl gets first pick of Big 12 teams after the BCS. If OU wins out the Cotton could justify taking 10-2 OU over 9-3 Texas assuming UT loses to KSU. But at 10-2 OU could be a BCS at large, if so, there is no way the Cotton would pass on Texas.

oh, i'm not saying the Cotton would pass on Texas...it's A&M I can see them passing on due to UT influence...I think it's quite possible that it's LSU/Texas in that game if LSU doesn't get a BCS at large.

Its been mentioned that A&M-Texas would be the biggest Cotton Bowl ever. I can't see the Cotton Bowl passing on A&M and Johnny Football either. A&M has a lot of pull as well. DeLoss's best bet is if A&M gets a BCS at large.
