What is losing the game.
Hitters not hitting. More than just Hughes. Reid has 1 out and swings horribly at a third strike. Hughes. But we have only 4 runs
Pitching. Crap ton of walks. Peterson did ok. Henry only 2 innings. Vietmeyer Hess Fontenot look like crap today
Bass running
And now an error on a wall possible dp

Hughes is terrible at the plate but the bullpen was to inconsistent today. They got into alot of deep counts late game. Leads to bad things.

Hess and Fontenot sucked today also. Hell Hess gave up an hr to the same guy vet did.

Need to lay off Hughs. Bad pitching an non productive team batting lost this game. More so pitching

What would it take for Hughes to sit or be cut?
0-20 wasn't enough.
If he was to go say 0-50?? Maybe then? Or nah?
It's not like he's a catcher.. He is playing 3rd base..
