Guilbeau looking for hits any way he can get them, I guess.
The name thing just makes me laugh. I mean how long has this been going on? The ESPN Sun Belt championship recap article called them multiple names, but mainly just "Lafayette." Seems like switching from USL to ULL created confusion more than anything.
With that said, congrats to ULL for making the tourney. I'm glad at least one state school is going.

In his defense, if the article was only about ULL about 10,000 people in Lafayette would have read it. Since he mentioned LSU 75% of the state will read it.

Nobody and I repeat nobody in the state of Louisiana is gonna call them "Louisiana".

Guilbeau suffers from the dreaded "little dick" syndrome" so please forgive him his shortcomings...ULL is a good school and getting better, they will always live in the shadow of LSU and a lot of their fans, just like a lot of die hard Tulane fans hate LSU for that reason...
