Man that was so close. We were real lucky Reid picked up the tight end o. That play or else it would have been a touchdown. This secondary never stops amazing me.

Reid later said that Williams wasn't his man, but that when he saw Williams break free, he left his man and went for Williams. Wise move on Reid's part.

That's the MAIN reason he was defensive player of the week nationally! He started the game well w forced fumble on Richardson and it just got better and better for him as the game wore on.
LSU's secondary is not only gifted athletically but they all have great football IQ and awareness. Hard to coach that. Great job! We are all witnessing something very, very special this college football season. NEXT!
