But since your asking... Until this past year the number 7 is passed down by the previous player who wore the number 7 jersey. It is given to whom they think is the most explosive, dynamic player on the team. This has been the tradition since PP7 was number 7. Now I’m not sure if Charles picked Giles.... are the rumor is true about Orgeron bribing Giles to come to LSU with him being the number 7.

You put that he may have come because he was promised 7. He had a riff with his coach at TT. He was 9 at TT. He practiced here for one year. It was given to him this year just like Chark got it last year. I’m happy to participate in these discussions if you can avoid the Fake News.
