Would you agree with JJ coming in as a situational qb?

He was inserted against Bama bc JJ got rocked on a option(Tbob missed a block go figures). Do u think Lee makes some of the great plays JJ made?

I have agreed with this for 4 years. No reason to change my mind now. Neither of these two are a "complete" qb and LSU will need both should JJ return.

I don't see how anyone can want Jefferson to throw a single pass. the only way I can think of him even having any kind of a positive impact is running the option, but I don't think this team needs the option to win games. JJ couldn't make these throws or we would have been running them for him.

Lee made a great throw in that Bama game. What gets lost from that game and forgotten is that JJ played a really good game that day.

I thought JJ looked really good in the Cotton bowl and in the spring they said he was improving..

I have said all along he has major accuracy issues, but in the cotton bowl he looked all world to me....run pass etc..

If he is innocent of course I want him reinstated.

OK, but I wasn't able to get that form your posts. So it is written, and so it shall be.

Howver I dont want to him take JLees place.

I hope and think you don't have to worry about.

Jlee has been more than adequte.

Agreed

If he Imporves this week the way he has first 3 games THERE IS ABSLOUTLEY NO frickING REASON you change qbs.

Agreed

I dont like this certain plays/situation thing either.

Understandable, but I think it is important especially because it causes opposing defenses to have to prepare for it.

quote:

YOu want the ball out of spencerW or MF or RR or OBjr or RS for JJ?
Seriously?

Under the right circumstances, it will give those guys bigger holes to run through and an additional step on a defender if they have to account for the potential of JJ running as well.

GTFO.

For some reason I thought you were going to be able to make it through a whole post without something like this. Fool me once...

quote:

If Lee or Mett gets hurt or cant get it done JJ is your 3rd option.

When JJ gets back yes, he will be 3rd string. I think he will have the ability to work back to the #2, but the starting job will be Lee's to lose.

If we were having tough time doing the things on offense we do best .. sure.

If not.. then no.

we wouldn't have beaten Tennessee, Florida, or Alabama without both JJ and JL. They both contributed to victories in those games.

What argument are you trying to make? I don't think anyone is saying we don't need Jarrett Lee. Some people are trying to imply that JJ brings a different element to the offense that JL doesn't.

I love Miles, i wouldn't trade him for anyone and have never wavered from that ever, but he has some blind spot for jordan and it scares the shite out of me.

You sure about:
quote:

im numb. we will lose to bama, badly. it will be humiliating. it didnt have to be this way, this season could have been special, but miles simply refuses to bench jordan, no matter how many times he proves hes completely worthless. "the opposite of love is not hate, its indifference." miles and jordan have wrung every bit of enthusiasm out of me. im a miles fan, ive defended him a million times, but his firing cannot come fast enough.

You love him but you are smarter than he is?

quote:

is it "the staff" or is it Miles?

I would think that Miles wouldn't over ride his entire staff.

while at the same time getting more arrogant.

What is the difference between arrogance and swagger? Isn't a little arrogance a desired quality in a QB? You would want a shy and under confident QB?

quote:

JJ sucks. hes not good at anything

Ok I won't try to debate you out of a closed mindset.

quote:

he cant throw for shite

No completed passes? No touchdowns?

quote:

every run with him is a waste

No positive yards? No touchdowns?

I know you are posting this for attention, but please stop you have proved your point.
