based on things this board has seen, and things they haven't. I would go into more detail, but I can't betray those people's confidences, hence why I never bring it up.
Furthermore, a judge signed his arrest warrant. There would have to be enough information at that point for a judge to be reasonable suspicious that he was guilty.

IF JJ had nothing to do with the fight, why all the witness statements that say he did?
Second question:
If JJ really didn't do anything wrong regarding the fight, who kicked the people while they were on the ground?
That WAS caught on tape. Although the person is not identified.
