If he comes back, that's fine. If it ain't broke don't fix it though. I could see if we are really down and JLee is messing up, but right now the offense is doing what it needs to do right after the defense destroys somebody. There is no need to try to blow someone out. A win is a win and I'll take em.

but they aren't passing threats too. JJ may not be the best passer but he's for sure better than all of those guys.

So what is going on here? Why won't Moore III either send the bill or drop the case himself? What would most probably precipitate the grand jury? Is Moore playing the role of Pontius Pilate here and washing his hands of this mess?

So what does it equal?
It equals absolutely nothing. As the saying goes, the DA could indict a ham sandwich. The grand jury hears NONE of JJ's version of the events unless the state wants them to. Unglesby isn't even allowed to be in the room unless JJ is subpoenad to testify. If he is called, Unglesby can't lodge a single objection, make a single argument, has absolutely no input as to what evidence is or isn't presented, and has to get out once JJ leaves the stand.
Murders are indicted every day with a single witness statement and not a hint of physical evidence. It's the easiest part of criminal law.

Man gtfo with that shite. I can go and see holding on every play, JJ made one guy miss and he was off to the races. Give him props for the run.

on 99% of jefferson's rushing TDs in the red zone, they were designed runs anyway

Aaaa understood so its basically one sided right?

You know something reading this thread makes me want to rip my face off... And that's my fault because I read it.... And to the idiot 5 pages ago who said jj gives lsu the best chance to win the rest of the way out... Get your head examined a-hole

the defense doesn't know that.

IMO JJ has not fricking improved from the day he got here, has continued making the same mistakes. No way this guy can manage a game l
That's the diff b/w JJ and JLee

It's a hand-washing of sorts. You typically see grand juries convened for billable offenses in high profile cases where supporters of one of the sides is going to allege impropriety. For instance, you'll frequently see police officers brought before the grand jury even for simple matters such as domestic batteries.

Once jj is in game shape, lee should only see the field for coin tosses and the first series on senior day. Forget chemistry, give me third down conversions.

You seem to have defined the level of idiocy quite well, thank you. Is that normal with you?

Extremely one sided. It's essentially the equivalent of an ADA sitting in his office saying, "did this guy more likely than not do this," except you have a group who is being fed one side of the story and then asked to consider the same thing.

Dude, don't be a fricking idiot. The guy would bring a good threat in the redzone. The offense has bogged down when we have gotten close to the goal with Lee. The guy would bring a legit threat.
First of all, one of those td's vs Florida was a busted play caused by Jordan. He either screwed up the handoff, or he bootlegged the wrong way. Les was talking to him after the play, not the running backs.
Next, you say the offense has bogged down in the red zone. Well LSU has flat out refused to throw the ball in the red zone until 3rd down. Even then Lee has connected with Randle on TDs vs Oregon and Ms State (1st down throw), and another key interference call.
Is any sane person gonna tell me that Les would throw the ball in the redzone more with Jefferson?
How many deep balls has Jefferson completed in his 2 years as a starter? I remember 2 deep balls completed last year (UNC and Bama). I'm talking about deep throws to the wideouts, like the post Lee completed while backed up in our own endzone at Ms State.
Those 3rd down completions on quick slants that we've been getting are huge. They keep drives alive and keep the other team's offense off of the field. JJ has never been a consistent passer. Sure he made a few good plays here and there, but he never sustained drives with clutch 3rd down completions.
I think both JJs were screwed over by the BRPD (I think the "victims" are to blame for their own butt whooping), but I am satisfied with the current QB play.

Watchin JJ go through 3 and outs and making 5 yard throws when 7 yards was needed for a first down has left a sour taste.
couple that with his habit of not taking responsibility for his screw ups On and Off the field has just increased my affirmation that he is not a QB material.
Thats my 2 Cent.
