Gonna Be A Lot Of Positions Open Next Year

We need at least two weekend starters, depending on Floyd’s development. Need a 2nd baseman, a 3rd baseman, and maybe a shortstop. We need at least one corner outfielder, provided Pearson improves. And we need about 6 more relief pitchers that can throw some semblance of a strike and not shite their pants in a regional.

Pearson doesn’t need to improve at all. He’s a starting outfielder next year.

Pearson is locked in for next year. His freshman year was about as good as you see other than a Crews type.

Johnson needs to do what Schlossnagle did at TAMU. Nothing but unexpendable are let go and start over thru the portal.

Oh I think so too, but his defense needs to improve. It should, and his bat is way above average for a freshman.
I forgot to mention we need a catcher too. Maybe Milazzo will be healthy enough.
I wonder if beloso comes back and where he might fit in.

Pearson needs to get much better in the field or he should DH. He can definitely hit, but is below average in the field.
