Well Mr. Defense Lawyer, first, if you beleive everything the media puts out, your stupid. Second, marijuana doesnt have to burned for someone to smell it,especially if it is high grade as reported. And last, a summons is given if the suspects are acting respectfully. So guess what, i'm betting they were acting like their usual "mightier than God" selfs.

They fricked up. TM was the big loser. I hate it. A set up would be unfortunate, but not as bad as them having that shite in his apt.
I also think it's strange that they use the measure of weight as 10 "bags". That's very accurate. That sounds like intentional trumping up of facts. Does anybody picture 100 bucks worth of weed here? No. But that's what it could have been. Just a small side note there.
