Not even paying attention to Gio being up, this play drove me crazy. Paul tries to hit and run way too often. Sometimes you need to let the players play. Paul tends to force things too often.

And striking out on that weak bunt attempt was inexcusable. I would have a middle school team stay late to practice after that bad of a attempt at bunting. Prioritizing fundamentals comes from the top.
