Just like all the other TOP 100 teams that we lost too this year.
Give TJ at least 2 more years. Unlike football, basketball takes at least 4 to 5 years to rebuild a program.

No - it really took us several decades after Charlie Mac to fix the football program. Just had to go through several coaches along the way.
A couple of years removed from a Final Four is a pretty shitty program. Going to take at least 4 to 5 years to fix what Brady left.

I know it is not productive to get angry and frustrated with the LSU men's basketball program. Still...I can't understand why Trent Johnson cannot get these players to play decent ball ? Have these players mailed this season in already ? If you cannot beat the likes of Rice , Nicholls State, and North Texas, you have zero chance of making the NCAA tourney. How many years is Alleva going to give Trent ? One more year like this, and the only fans going to the PMAC will be the relatives of the players/coaches. I expected more..but whom am I...just a fan who pays money to watch this garbage. I am taking a break from going anymore this season to the PMAC. Either these coaches and/or players are not giving there all, so I will not either.

what are you talking about? LSU was in the Final 4 in 2006. 3 years of TrentBall, and your losing to Nicholls & Rice.

Nice to see a reality perspective instead of kool aid.
I thought my signed Final Four basketball was not older than dirt.
But let's give the guy at least until the end of next year before any of us pass judgment. He might be the 2nd coming of Coach K and just need some time.
Sad part is most of these people have never been in the PMAC to attend a sold out game.........
