What a difference a day makes. Yesterday, no timely hitting and atrocious pitching. Today, lots of timely hitting and excellent pitching.

It's the one part of the team that I really think is improved from last season. If you look at our record in close games this year, it really shows. We haven't blown a lead after 7 all year.

I thought we had a great bullpen last year towards season's end. That run coming out of the loser's bracket in the SEC tournament was epic!

since when are you allowed to wear sunglasses while pitching? i distinctly remember being told to take them off by the umpire when i went from second base to pitcher in high school
