70% chance of rain in the high 50s. We will be ready to dial up the lightning once we get ahead by two TDs.
If you are TVOing better set it for about 7 hours.

The weather forecast I have says 30% chance rain during the day, dropping to 10% around 1:30 pm and remaining at 10% for the rest of the day. High of 64 at 4:40 pm dropping to 61 at 8:00.

I've seen 3 weather forecasts and the highest percent of rain I've seen is 30% and the lowest I've seen is 10%.
