Ga Tech-LSU crowd difference

I'd say about 75-80% Georgia Tech fans to 20% LSU. That's about how it was in 2000 and we were still louder..

I don't know but I just went to one of their boards and they were talking about taking over LSU sections. To me, our fanbase is dead this year. Hopefully they will turn out as most of the available tickets are in the LSU sections.

if it's that, all that means is 75-80% will leave the Ga Dome pissed right before the new year starts! i was there in 2000 and even though they had 70% of the dome, their crowd did NOT impress me. it sounded as if it was 80% LSU if not more.

Yeah, their fans were not impressive at all. They sure are cocky about this game! The GA Dome has been our home away from home as of late!

You Geaux Boys!!! I'm with ya! I predict a win for LSU but no one is giving us a chance (even some of our - GULP - Tiger fans). To hell with the non-believers, LSU will be ready!

Even many of us Tech fans don't like our crowd. There's only a handful of us that scream and go crazy like we should. A lot of our alumni are older and like to sit on their hands throughout the game.
I'll admit some are cocky about this game, but those who are knowledgeable are cautiously optimistic. We are only two games removed from a 28-7 loss at UNC. I'll admit that LSU hasn't looked impressive as of late, but bowls tend to have weird things happen and you guys could easily turn it on. I certainly don't want that to happen as you have a lot of talent and that could be very hard to deal with.
