Would anyone have us shoot a lower percentage from the line if it meant a significant increase in 3 percentage?

Our 16-18 on free throws was the difference (along with a great damn shot from Waters). They needed to be excellent on free throws today and they were. We haven't been a great 3-point team all year. Decent, but not great. We have proved we can win even when we are off from 3.

I'd much rather shoot a high percentage from the line.
If you suck from 3 just stop shooting them.
Sucking from the line can lose a game that you otherwise dominate.
