Ok, let me say something positive. Frank Herron was outstanding last night. I hope this is a sign of things to come from him. I would also like to see him play some DE against run heavy teams. Anyway, he was really good last night.

Herron impressed last night. Was good to see. Hope he continues to improve and can handle more time on the field and be productive. Was really good to see

Best game he's played in an LSU uniform.

And LSU needs production like that next season with how thin we are

Yep. If Lacouture stays we will trot out a hellavu defensive line next year. If Beckwith stays we MIGHT have a good set of LBs IF none get hurt.

Next year's defense could be a lot like 2011 with great production at the first and third levels hiding a mediocre second level.

Not to take anything away from Herron, but he was going against a freshman.
