Jay Wright retired because he knew he couldn’t get guys to stay a develop over 3-4 years with the transfer rules. Yet somehow McMahon is going to crack the code? Next year will be year 3. He’ll have two “3 year players”. Maybe by year six he’ll have five such players and things will REALLY take off.

You can't build a program on transient players. Supplementing with a player here and there is different

Interesting because next year McMahon is going to need to bring a bunch of transient players because of a two person HS recruiting class. Seems like he's doing a bad job of program building.

He doesn’t even realize he just debunked his #1 excuse for McMahon.
