Miles's practices being "too hard" was in the context of getting whupped by Bama every year and not evolving the offensive concepts. In other words, the practices didn't bear the fruit in getting to SEC and NC games.

We beat Bama a couple more times and we update the offense, all of a sudden the practices aren't too hard.

Stop an think about it…. The kind of coach lsu goes after will be coaching in either the playoffs or a new years bowl game. They can’t commit to a new school until the season is over

That’s in late December or January depending on the coach.

Miles’ practices were half the time players and coaches goofing around. Practice took fricking forever
