i like how you did a "statiscal analysis" of the entire offense, which contains infinitely more variables than it should for this argument, as opposed to just the QB stats. i wonder why you would do that, hrmmmmmm

that is ironic coming from you. your posts are full of misspelled words, horrid grammar, and faulty logic. you definitely should not be questioning anyone's intelligence.

Stats - 2006 vs. 2007
2006 - losses with 3 & 10 points offensively
2007 - losses with 37 & 48 points offensively
2006 - avg final ranking of BCS ranked opponents (10th), out of 5 ranked teams
2007 - avg final ranking of BCS ranked opponents (10th), out of 6 ranked teams
2006 - points scored 438 (points given up 164)
2007 - points scored 541 (points given up 279)
2006 - .569 opp win %, .491 OOC opp win %
2007 - .578 opp win %, . 563 OOC opp win %
2006 - 4, first round NFL picks
2007 - 1, first round NFL picks

In summary, the 2006 offense had better talent, had better defense support, and played against weaker teams, yet the 2007 offense was more productive. If the 2007 team had the 2006 defense, they would have without question gone undefeated. Therefore, the 2007 QB was a "better" QB for the team.

I didn't need that for an argument, but....

KA and BOOOOOOOM!!!!!

Ohhhh... I get it now.

I love the kind of wonderful statistical analysis you get here.

Did anyone ever think that that stats of the QB would be the best stats to look at?

I'm pretty sure I know why RobbBobb and DP are avoiding them.

Nobody is arguing who was the smartest ever, but Russell wouldn't be in the top-10 smartest ever. He is more like Wickersham with more talent and more talent around him.

Ja-duhMarcus is a stupid QB. Prove otherwise.

I know it will really mean alot to JR.

They had gotten the impression from most of the post here, that LSU fans hated J.R.
I always tried to tell them, that was the vocal minority, so this would be a great chance to support a former great Tiger when he actually needs it the most.
He didnt have to come to LSU and Ray Ray and I helped talk him into it, so he would be so close to family in Mobile.

Flynn and Hester (for now).

Russell= over-rated.

Surrounded by great talent and what did he accomplish as the leader of the team?

The game at AU when he scrambled in bounds, then throws short of the end-zone defined his stupidity. He was stupid, but his talent around him bailed him out more times than not.

The Bama game- who was he throwing to, Doucet or Bowe? I doubt he was throwing to Doucet, but it worked out anyway.

This is why I started the thread.

his completion percentage, QB rating, and multiple come from behind victories are all indicators that he isn't a "stupid QB". exactly what makes him stupid? based on your posts in this thread, i have no doubt that he would outperform you on an iq test.

russell scored a 24 on the wonderlic. flynn scored a 26. OMG JR IS SO MUCH STUPIDER!!!! LOLZ
