I have a lot of friends with me in the Army that are in Aviation. I get to go up with them from time to time. And helicopters, women, and drinking are about all the conversations are about with them..... not in that particular order

I am the Training NCO at my unit. E-6. We are a Horizontal Engineer Company. I have 4 MOS' Surveyor (21/51T), Admin(42A/ old 71L), 21H (Carpenter) and 21N (Heavy Equip Operator).

And thank you for your service. My uncle has been out for 15 years and is going to get back in to go to the National Guard. I think its awesome!!

I thought the MH-53 is the Navy version, and the CH-53 the Marine version. Seems like I remember there being differences in the sponsons (the projections on the sides) and the engines, as well as some others, in the versions.

not sure, the president's chopper is Marine-1, so it would have to be an upgraded version of a marine helicopter. just don't know which one

a simple "engineer" would have been fine . Thanks for your service too. Your surveyors are lucky, they'll be able to get decent jobs when they get out.
