That is possible, we could. You're assuming the most optimistic outcome with no additional injuries.
you are right .. I am being an optimist , but what purpose does being a pessimist serves?
if/when we lose I will have an opinion and it may be negative, but only after we lose.
as crappy as we have looked, we are still a one-loss team.

MSU was as good a barometer as there can be. First test, everything to prove and then to flop that badly.
Maybe. But lets face it, when that first TD by Chark was called back, it was like letting the air out of the balloon. We never recovered. Hopefully, those refs will burn in hell for that call.

The season is already defined as bad. What we are hoping for, but is yet to be seen, is that it will also be a rebuilding season. Not every bad season is a rebuilding one. If their play improves over the rest of the season, that will be a good sign that we're rebuilding
frick rebuilding. Man up, get it together and go kick arse the rest of the season. This is LSU. We don't rebuild, we reload.
The players are good enough to win the leauge. I have a problem with quitting in general but quitting after one loss is something I find most distateful.

"That" game will be the barometer for the remainder of the season.
And if we lose, then AU will be the barometer, then Arkansas, Bama etc.
Of Mississippi State wasn't a barometer for the season then you aren't paying attention.

I'll define it for you right now. O Line AND D Line are weak, weak, weak. Couple that with the fact that we do not have the have the personnel to even swap players in and out. Therefore, we will not win a single SEC game this year. Not because of coaching. We have zero Line on both sides of the ball.
2017 season is 4-8

And what was the Mississippi State game? For that matter, what in the frick was the Syracuse game? Other than two bed crapping in a row.
After our two last games, we better worry about this Saturday night before we start to worry about two weeks away.

Full Chicken Little/Retard mode this early in the season is unlike you Groupee. Les IS NOT coming back! Let it go!

I agree. We can totally exorcise the demons of Starkville Past with a win @ Florida. For some strange reason, I actually see it happening!

this early in the season
If you haven't been disturbed by our play at Mississippi State only to be followed at home against a totally outmanned Syracuse team, you are more nuts than I thought.

He is gone. You need to find another villain to blame for our losses. An average of ten wins a year wasn't good enough for you, lets see what you have to say when that average goes to nine or eight or seven.
