I agree. Will need to get there at least an hour early to get a decent seat.

Why do people always recommend out of state Cajun places to people from Louisiana?

Been a while since I lived n Bham, but Hoover has some good stuff. The Bham restaurant scene was traditionally dominated by a few Greek families, so usually the Greek places are good.
I have not been but a friend told me there is a good burger place pretty near the stadium (whiskey foxtrot or something like that). Saw’s used to be a decent bbq place (get an order of the pork rinds with pimento cheese and pepper jelly).

Yes, as good as LSU is playing, if you haven’t been there, don’t go!
