I really hope you are joking because a light box literally means the box is light meaning that is the time to run the football. We just couldn't execute, which was very concerning. It was also concerning that Josh Williams fell backwards everytime he was hit and until John went into the game no running back was falling forward.

A heavy box would have been a box that was loaded with defenders. Something that Miles would do over and over. That was not what Kelly and Sloan did, they just continued to establish the run and we couldn't execute it even though the box was very light.
